Good communication, came a few days early to collect so they could get it done on time.
Jon replaced the clutch and now the car drives like a new one again.

Jon & James from SMS were excellent. My beloved 20 year old lexus failed it's MOT and I think I spoke to James who gave concise instructions what was required to make it feel better again. Few days later, even though they were short of staff that day they managed to repair and MOT PASS it within the time given (including taking and delivering it back). Excellent service. I was also given a print out of all the service checks that were done, never had this before, nice.

The service and MOT were done quickly and well. Suggested repairs were communicated by phone and agreed. Car was collected and delivered back to my home.

What an amazing service - communication he night before re collection time, prompt and friendly collection, a phone call a while later explaining some other stuff found (which I knew about but was going to put off), but the quote to rectify was so reasonable I went ahead there and then. The car was returned by 4pm the same day. Absolutely brilliant! Would definitely use again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
