The whole process has been great, from having the car picked up and delivered back. I was kept informed by Jon all the way through, especially important as there was a delay in the garage receiving the correct part. No added extras, which I was dreading.

John had the car picked up early. After the mot and service he noted that the brake fluid was dirty so I gave the go ahead to change it. The pricing was very competitive and the car was brought back just after tea time. In all a very straightforward and easy experience. Will definitely be using his services again in the future.
