John was a great guy, friendly, helpful and did not mind explaining anything. He worked flat out, never stopping - just needed to be kept supplied with coffee. He encountered one problem in trying to remove the water pump where there simply was no space to get it out, but he did not give up and his 25 years experience showed through and he was able to find a way to do it.
I was very impressed with his skill and knowledge and would most certainly use him again.

The franchise was ceased in 2003 and since then many technicians have continued independently, such as myself, who has owned and run this business since 1991. In that time I have completed in excess of 10000 jobs on virtually every make and model of car and light van. In 2010 I worked with the AA for a year whilst also doing my own repairs with Hometune on the side in my spare time and kept the business going so it never ceased.
