Overall, am very pleased with the work carried out by Andrew. He replaced my rear discs and pads and front pads on my Audi Q7. He was polite and punctual and performed the job without any issue. This was his first time with an Audi Q7, so it took longer than expected but he got the job done.

The mechanic was useless. He said he couldn’t replace the belt because the wheel on the water pump had jammed, and I needed a new one. What he was actually looking at was the crank drive!!! He is either a complete fool or a con artist. I will be phoning on Monday and I expect a full refund
