Stefan was great, had a noise coming from the engine just on start up, diagnosed with oil struggling to pump through correctly, after a full service, car is running great and the noise has gone! Great that it was all done on our driveway!

Was booked for a Wednesday but was called on Tuesday and work was carried out earlier than booked My misdiagnosis of slave cylinder was pointed out straight away, luckily mechanic had master cylinder on board. Work carried out very quickly

The complicated procedure was carried out professionally and in good time. They were friendly and I was impressed with the work. The cost was a fraction of that quoted by my main dealer.

Eltaib communicated well and turned up on time I've just read the report and it says nothing about the bent suspension strut nor does it say about the exhaust leak I can't understand how they said about test driving my car because my car stayed outside my house the whole time otherwise they would of noticed the cars under over steer plus I still have the annoying service light on witch they said they couldn't reset as they needed the system at there garage I had a conversation about the front shocks and there top mounts as well as investigation of the exhaust system but would need to take the car to reading to put the car on the ramps witch I had no issues with doing but have no message to confirm where there garage is located my problem is if having the service light reset by another garage they're going to charge me £50 if I was to take it somewhere else so I'm hoping click mechanic can arrange for someone to do this for free as it's part of the £190 I paid for major service or for some arrangements can be made for me to drive to there garage to have that reset
