Good communication: kept me up to date and informed throughout as to when they would be arriving to collect my car and when they would be returning it following MOT. Although I have not yet driven my car following its service, the paperwork following the MOT and service seems to be clear and thorough. MOT Village seems to operate in a professional way.

He is an amable person who is very skilled in his work, he showed due diligence and confirmed the fault from the work ordered, the subsequence testing of vehicle showed possible fault indicators. He showed the damaged items to confirm fault and advised. All done outside your own establishment allowing myself to continue working. This is as the stars say, 5 out of 5 and is highly recommended.

I was very prompt in collecting my car for the MOT service and giving feedback immediately on the need for brake line replacements. There was a bit of a communication breakdown when the car was being dropped off. Not sure how badly i am being charged for the fixes, so i cannot say if it's value for money or not, as i already signed up for the most expensive servicing at £270.
