“William was very approachable and ready to answer questions in a professional manner. He changed the clutch on a Ford Fusion 1.4 tdci and recommended the dual mass flywheel be changed at the same time if the car was fitted with one. Fortunately, the flywheel was single mass and did not need to be changed. William and his assistant changed the clutch in 6 hours and got us back on the road the same day, which was a Sunday. We were satisfied with the work carried out.”

“Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Great communication throughout and got work done perfectly. Mechanic was great but not so happy with click mechanic the company who tried to re authorise my card a second time after I had already paid. This was not the mechanics fault or anything to to with mechanic but an admin/office issue. The emails from office I suspect are computer generated but luckily mechanic was fantastic and sorted out my queries. Would definitely use again”
