“It is so refreshing to find a mechanic that will be transparent and helpful when things don't go right the first time. My car had several issues that occured after it's MOT, one of which was a returning problem that was supposed to have been fixed prior to the MOT. The mechanic not only corrected the returning issue but diagnosed the new problems then quoted for and fixed the problem within one working day. All of this was done with concise communitation and without ripping me off. As a female driver, it can be difficult to be taken seriously and not be taken advantage of by nechanics so this was a welcome change.”
