“I booked the MOT and service a month before it was due and was concerned when I got a message on the Friday afternoon saying Paul could not do the MOT and service on the following Tuesday as planned and could he arrange it for Thursday, which was fine, but didn’t get confirmation of it until the Tuesday afternoon, so planning time off of work was difficult.
Paul did the service and took the car for its MOT with no problems and did a good job at a better price than my local garage.”
