“The mechanic was fine. I presume he did all the work needed.
As for ClickMechanic, the process of getting the booking sorted was totally chaotic - they seemed determined to get me an appointment for the work to be done at my home, though I made it clear that this was not possible. Bookings were made and then cancelled and even the day before, I got a message giving me the wrong time and saying that the work would be carried out at my home.
So - good mechanic, terrible support organisation.”
