As it was easier to complete the job in the garage (timing belt/water pump) they picked the car from home address and delivered it to my workplace as requested by me. Communication was great, job well done. Would be very happy to use again and recommend to others.

I don't know what to say my car was collected and dropped of, zero communication. no paperwork no phone call. i don't even know if they did the job!
i asked them to call me as the fan keeps coming on but they dropped the car off without a call and the fan issue is still there

Hi we did call you this morning to pick up your car the timing belt was replaced as requested by you the car was delivered to you as soon as the job was completed we rang you to tell you the thermostat was removed from your bill as we could not find anything wrong with it you asked me if we found anything wrong with cooling fan unfortunately we was not asked to look into the fan issue outer wise we would have been moor than happy to check it for you as we explained over the phone its possible the fan switch on the housing could be the issue and i advised you to get one from a main dealer as the ones from a outside parts department are not very good if you want we could always order on for you and fit it best regards queens way .

Yes, the mechanic friendly and appeared reasonably knowledgeable. I posted a job for fitting a new starter motor and servicing brakes all round which was completed without problem although new parts were ordered and fitted rather than the parts supplied being used.

Excellent service. I am more than happy, pick up work done MOT and delivered back, no fuss hassle free service, have used Click mechanic for the last three years and will continue to use them in the future, would highly reccomend this service to anybody, very reasonable rates, very trustworthy (most important) hard to find these days, if your not using them then switch you will not be disappointed,
