No, he was not friendly
No, I am not happy with the work carried out - no work was carried out apart from possibly replacing both "EG Valves" for which I was charged £560.00.
I asked Omer for the invoice specifically regarding the "EGR Valves" to show:
1. Full part number(s)
2. Make/Model
3. Part description
4. Unit Price
He refused and passed "the buck" onto ClickMechanic
The other 3 tasks were definitely not completed and I have the invoices/receipts from an independent RR specialist who carried out the work to prove this - I will send these today.
Other tasks: Major Service; Height calibration test; 4 Wheel Alignment.

Hi guys,
I can't fault the work done on the vehicle, I actually left a previous review for the garage, Not much joy if the car gets stolen the very next day.(Not saying the owner knows anything about the disappearance) Hindsight is a good thing. Car was repaired and returned in good time, it might be a coincidence🤔, my friend called me a few days ago to say his Range rover was stolen after servicing it the previous day at a garage in Kent. Another - coincidence???? Hummmmmm seems like it 🤔.This needs to stop, can't work hard for a living and have your car taken from you just like that, not saying the garage stole the car but be careful to whom you entrust your vehicle.
Phoned the owner of the garage the next day to say the car has disappeared, he said the car was returned to me (yes that's right), I mentioned the possibility of someone cloning the key, he said his never heard of such, I was really shocked to say the least, how won't you know keys can be cloned provided you've got the original keys. It was and still is a painful experience, first time I had work done outside my trusted domain, never making the same mistake again.

Hi and we are sorry to hear about your vehicle . We just want to add that we are also shocked and very upset about your car! however from what I could recall you told me your car has a keyless entry system r ! A member of staff was also targeted! his Ford Focus was stolen a few weeks ago and was told it’s becoming a common problem by the police and how the cars are taken with out the need of a key it was suggest To him to have a tracker fitted so if this was to happen again the vehicle can be traced We feel it’s unfair for you to assume the car was stolen after it was in for a repair with us.
Or any other garage. This has never happened before ! We also suggest you should ask the police how this sort of thing is done with out the need of a key apparently it becoming a
issue with vehicles with a keyless entry system. And they are not safe he was told this is happening moor and moor We are not quite shore how it’s done but the police can assist you with an explanation We hope you find your car as soon as possible and your mind could be put at rest.
