He was friendly, punctual in the morning, provided us with regular updates throughout the day, advised us on the repairs required for the car, and returned the car in the evening with no problems at all. I believe he went out of his way to help us which was much appreciated. This was my first time using Click Mechanic and I appreciated having a pick-up and drop-off service which was hassle free. Would recommend / use again.

Fiat 500 Combined brake/tail light bulb replacement

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The mechanic did not complete the job as agreed. They changed one brake light bulb but left the taillight unfinished (was more than aware that the drivers side taillight bulb had an issue). Despite saying they would return to complete the job because they needed to get a “special” bulb for a Fiat 500, Kyriacos ignored my follow-up message.
When I finally heard back, his response was rude and dismissive, showing no willingness to assist or acknowledge his incomplete work. The mechanic acted as if they had done nothing wrong simply because they completed a minor part of the task.
I wish I could include screenshots.
The experience was very unprofessional, and I would not recommend their services.

Hi thank you for the review ( although very negative ) and did not really match any one else previous reviews .
Nevertheless - I did not replace because I never had one and did infact replace the brake light bulb on the opposite side ( slightly more important )
And the important thing is that you only paid for 1 bulb to be replaced .
Anyhow all reviews even this one is still appreciated .
If you have time you can take the car to a garage very near you and they will replace it free of charge .
If you want to do that - text me and I’ll send you the address
I’d like to say that my workmanship is second to none and my van carries a extensive range of tools and the latest diagnostic equipment, needless to say that it is a van and there are limitations to what I can carry .
I’d also like to say that you will be happy with any work I carry out , your car will be protected from damage and with time permitting I’ll also wash your car before I leave , ( will need water and power)
