Kyriacos was very helpful and explained fully what was going on and what the problem was.

The only reason I marked Kyriacos down on Punctuality is he couldn't make the time that had been allocated - however, he did let me know and when rearranged was there spot on time. Being updated on the fact that he wasn't going to make it was more important to me than him getting there on time.
