John was a nice man but I was expecting a definitive explanation as to the fault with my van. I had the fault memory checked and that was about it. I was advised further investigation was needed but that was not offered by John. The description on the website states diagnosis to find the fault but this hasn't happened. Not really Johns fault in my opinion but more the wording on the website.

John clearly knows his stuff, and was happy to discuss all aspects of the job and agree steps as we went along. He worked really hard for us and I can't fault him in any way. Our job turned out to be bigger than we initially thought, and there was a problem with initial diagnosis of the problem by us, leading to purchase of non-refundable part from dealer, which then turned out to be wrong, however this was our mistake. If you are not 100% certain about cause of problem, I would recommend diagnostic visit first.
