I'd booked the 10-12 slot as the earlier one, only booking the evening before was unavailable but John text me in good time to say he'd be there just after 9am, perfect. John was friendly, had 25 years experience and sorted the problem within 10 mins, with recommendations as to further non urgent action required on the car. Excellent service and wouldn't hesitate to use again, way easier than finding a garage, dropping vehicle off and waiting all day for the call to say "it's ready, please collect before 17.00"

The franchise was ceased in 2003 and since then many technicians have continued independently, such as myself, who has owned and run this business since 1991.
