They did absolutely fine, had to make an adjustment to the brake pads to make them fit..good old pattern parts.

Very happy with the work they did. Wouldn't hesitate to get them to work on my car again.

The chap turned up bang on time to collect my car. I have to say I didn't realise that it would be driven over an hour away but I’ve not detracted because of that in any way. All my brakes were done but the brake pads are evidently moving within the calipers which is annoying. The main reason I wouldn’t recommend is the fact that my dash cam was disconnected when my car was transferred. Why would that be done? I have it for a reason and it could cause issues with my insurance if it had been involved in a crash etc. I can’t help but wonder if it was looked after while being driven!

Needed a window mechanism repaired. Work completed very fast once the correct part was sourced and I was happy with the result.

Dean was great he explained what had to be done got on with it straight away & even showed me the old part & told me to keep it . So I new that he had done it I would recommend him to anyone

Mechanic was friendly. Nothing was done as they brought the wrong battery. Car still immobile. They offered to come back with correct battery and check electrics but cost was too high particularly as car is still under warranty.

Bobby arrived within the timescale required to take my car for a full service. I'd told him that I needed the car back by 4pm and he said that wouldn't be a problem. Bobby carried out the full service and returned the car to me before 4pm. We had a chat about a couple of things regarding the car and that it was looked after well. He was courteous and knew what he was talking about. There were some photos provided of a couple of parts that were replaced as part of the service. Bobby also checked the EMU for error codes, as I thought I noticed that the EMU light had popped up on the dashboard, but he confirmed there were no error messages/codes. Good value for money compared to other mechanics I have used and I'd recommend Bobby for the good job and work carried out on my car. I've saved his details, should I need any future work. Thanks.

Karl is a great guy. Comms were excellent and he came on a wet day to a field and did a professional repair. Recommended.

Has (from click mechanics) promptly booked the visit for my pre purchase of the VW cc car. he gave a thorough check on the VW I was purchasing. He kept in touch and gave advice and a detailed report, which made my purchase so much easier. I'd strongly recommend using again if like me you are a distance away from the vehicle you are looking at buying.

Friendly enough and the work was done however I was slightly unhappy that the extra £33 was charged without my knowledge. As far as I'm aware I was to be contacted before any extra charges were applied. The transaction was a separate payment to the one I expected. I would have been happy to discuss it and agree to pay it but feel like I should have been told.

We were really happy with William our mechanic, he kept in touch, was on time and followed up with really helpful advice.

Paid for full service. Had car checked when returned, service not done! Garage refusing to provide proof of work completed, and click mechanic say it’s not their problem. £196 for a lying cheating scam!

Overall I can't fault the service, I marked punctuality as 3 purely because factually Louis was unfortunately late, but he was upfront and communicated this to me, some days go like that and you can't predict the unpredictable . I can't fault Louis as they turned up and they worked into the evening to complete the job. Very professional and skilled mechanics's to complete the job to a high standard.
