“I booked a pre-purchase inspection for a car I was considering buying for my son, as he's just passed his driving test.
I only booked late Friday afternoon and wasn't sure if a mechanic would be available at short notice but Dan picked up the job and arrived the very next day at the dealers...he even got there early after politely checking it was ok with them!
His communication and knowledge were absolutely excellent and he called me before and after the inspection.
