“John clearly knows his stuff, and was happy to discuss all aspects of the job and agree steps as we went along. He worked really hard for us and I can't fault him in any way. Our job turned out to be bigger than we initially thought, and there was a problem with initial diagnosis of the problem by us, leading to purchase of non-refundable part from dealer, which then turned out to be wrong, however this was our mistake.
