“Mark was absolutely lovely. He was in constant communication with me. Very punctual and polite. Unfortunately, he was let down by the information he was provided with by Clic Mechanic.
The amount of oil required is between 4.5 and 6.5 litres. He was advised it was 4.2 litres. The first time I drove it, on my way home from work, the lights came up on the dash stating the oil was only at minimum level and required a 1 litre top up. He was very good about it and returned today to add more oil.
I cannot fault him personally.”

“Matt offered me an earlier timeslot owing to a cancellation, kept me informed of arrival time and turned up 1 minute earlier than the time he texted to me, even with the problems of finding my house so I was extremely happy with this part of the service which set up the foundation for the rest of the time Matt was repairing my car. he took a while longer than the book time given for this job as it was a lot more complex when issues such as seized nuts and rotating captive nuts occurred, he kept me informed of what needed doing and how it was going, Very Very happy with the professional attitude and the way he went about his work, would highly recommend this mechanic and have already recommended Click Mechanic to family and friends. will be using again without any hesitation. Matt stayed until the job was completed even though it took a while longer than the allowed book time and there was no extra charge, no mess when he had finished and he even took the time to put an oil catcher pan under the car so there was no mess on my drive. ”
