Josh was friendly but totally way off the mark with the fault diagnosis, which appeared to be best guesses. I spent a total of £170 on unnecessary work, when the actual fault diagnosed by a different mechanic cost £12 to fix. I would not recommend Josh to look at my car again and have requested a diagnosis refund.

Andrei knew what he was doing let me know exactly when he would be here shall ask for him in the future and will recommend him to family and friends I'm a retired mechanic just can't do the job anymore.

He didnt do anything. He stayed not more than 10 mins. Conducted no checks but to see if the battery has power. Lol. Straight away is the engine , without cause or motive. Not even gave me the errors. He said he cannot see the errors . Waste of time. Better go straight to the garage.

Alan was great, really friendly and polite. He explained the repairs done and any other bits he would recommend being sorted along the way, but without pushing to get the other repairs done like some places do.

Keith was terrific as had a few problems along the way and sorted them all this while missing his team winning the FA cup so that is professionalism !
