Great service and given good advice. Would definitely use again. Carried out work quickly and removed locking nuts as I didn't have the removal nut to make it easier.

Finished job was good. Day 1, mechanic said disks disks needed replacements too which was fine however for whatever reason he refused that day but still took 80% of the payment by changing the job to a ‘brake check’ and then charging for the brake pads again on day 2 alongside the disks he said were needed. No garage in UK would treat the job like that and this is probably a click mechanic problem, but will still result in not using service again.

Whilst the timing chain work they carried out was, as far as I'm aware, good work, the rest of the work leaves me wanting. The car want ready when they said it would be and when it was, it was filthy (including oily hand prints on the front arches). Problems with the car arose 2 days after I returned home from the mechanics. Problems they say pre-existed yet failed to mention at any point during the process. All I'm saying is, if you want someone honest, open and trustworthy, these aren't your guys. If you know the ins and outs of your car and what needs doing exactly, then it would appear they are capable of completing the work. In short, I won't be using them again.

I was informed all the time , on arrival they look at the job and me and said you got part right but that only part of the job. that`s only one of the belts that need doing they said no problem and got on with the job i went in left them too it and in no time it was all done, i got my car working thank you. they know there job and what was need .

Filip very friendly, he got here on time and got on with the job, im happy with the work carried out on my car, this is the first time i have used clickmechanic and for me this was really usefull service as im busy and i didnt have to worry about the time frame of two of us having to run around dropping the car off at a garage, as filip came to mine, and just got on with the task in hand.
