andy was skilled and friendly due to the nature of his role being moblie his punctuality was open to other variables such as motor way crashes etc which while not his fault has a knock on effect as i needed my car 4 work and the work carried on 4 a few days and had to phone work to rearrange days off etc this wouldnt have happened if car was in a garage etc

Robert was extremely efficient and friendly and found him to be keen to fix the problem and get to the bottom of the issue.

This guy literally scammed me, i booked an appointment from 6-8pm monday, he accepted it and it got arranged. he then tries to change it, contacting me if we can do sunday, i said no. Then he begs that i do it earlier on monday at 5, i said i finish work at 5 but can leave a bit early and make it for 5:30. After helping him out on the Monday i call him at 5 after leaving work to make sure he is arriving on time, he then says he's held up at his previous work and that i should have made it earlier!? He then says he is available after 8 and i tell him ive booked 6-8 and been allocated 1 hr of your time. He then gets annoyed and agrees to meet me at 6;40, we arrive and i need my friend to bring the car, he couldnt wait 10 mins for the car to come around and he up and left saying i wasnt available!!! He then tries calling me after at 8:30 pm if i will meet him! This is so rediculous and he was very rude.

Aaron did a great job very happy with the clutch and flywheel replacement. Turned up to collect my car when he said he would and returned to my house at the end of the day. Very satisfied.

Can't speak highly enough of Junction 1 Motors. Fantastic service. The job itself (clutch change) was done quickly and efficiently. Some minor faults noticed by them have been either put right or highlighted for my attention.

John was pleasant and friendly. He dealt with my husband by phone when the car failed it's MOT due to brake pads. John said the brake pads cost £90.20 and labour £70. He had to agree as at time not knowing price of brake pads. On checking pads used and being able to check price local to John He found he had used one of the cheapest pads going at £25 not £90, this to me is a rip off of the customer
