The mechanic was brilliant, few parts issues as click mechanic ordered incorrect parts but the mechanic communicated this right from the start and asked if I wanted to continue with the job as the correct parts costed a little more

Very friendly - happy with the work they carried out - could of ripped me off but they didn't. Henry made sure he carried out all the jobs before leaving even when the battery light wouldn't turn off after changing the battery. Very happy

Dan could not sort the problem with my vehicle as his plugged in reader could not interigate the issue with the adblue system therefore i now need to take my vehicle to my local VAG /VW agent to have the problem checked out and repaired.

This was my first time using the service. The process was simple from start to finish. I love the fact that I could get an instant quote. The mechanic was a bit late (20 mins outside of the given 2 hour window), but that wasn't a problem for me as I had said that I was available all day. The car was collected and returned the same day. I had my MOT completed the following day (by a different garage) and the work that had been completed showed no issues in the health check. I am very pleased and will be using the service again.
