“Mark was absolutely lovely. He was in constant communication with me. Very punctual and polite. Unfortunately, he was let down by the information he was provided with by Clic Mechanic.
The amount of oil required is between 4.5 and 6.5 litres. He was advised it was 4.2 litres. The first time I drove it, on my way home from work, the lights came up on the dash stating the oil was only at minimum level and required a 1 litre top up. He was very good about it and returned today to add more oil.
I cannot fault him personally.”

What car services do Clickmechanic offer?

We offer three different types of service in Carmarthen: interim service, full service and major service.

What is the difference between the different types of service?

The main difference between the car services offered in Carmarthen is the number of checks performed.

The Interim Service is a lighter variation of a Full Car Service. When booking an Interim Service in Carmarthen, your car undergoes many of the checks carried out during a Full Service. As mentioned this is a lighter version, and therefore does not include much of the more detailed inspections like checks on the auxiliary drive belt, battery level and air filter checks.

Our Full Car Service is a series of comprehensive tests on both the inside and outside of the car. It includes fluid checks as well as oil changes. The Carmarthen mechanic performing the full service will also run an extensive investigation of what is going on under the bonnet.

If you book our Major Car Service in Carmarthen, your car will undergo all the checks of the Full Car Service, and in addition the mechanic will replace your pollen filter and spark plugs (if a petrol engine). We recommend a Major Car Service at least every two years, however many vehicles will need a full service more frequently.

What happens during a car service?
