“Communication was good from Dan, he told me he would be a little late due to a difficult first job which is understandable as sometimes you don’t know what you are heading into. but kept me up to date and assured me he would be here to do the job as soon as he finished . He arrived and quickly got started on the job. He was knowledge and happy to answer questions and gives you a good understanding of what he’s doing. Would highly recommend him in the future and will use him for other jobs that I may need.”

“Dean gave me a courtesy call an hour before he arrived which was great!!
He was really friendly and polite, really helpful and knowledgeable.
Replaced the EGR valve within the hour, even though it was in a really awkward place, did an excellent job!!
Couldn't have asked for a better mechanic!! 10 out 10!
Will ask for Dean again when I get the timing belt done in the near future.
