Unfortunately there was an issue with some brake fluid leaking which meant I had to contact the mechanic again. I was really impressed with how quickly they responded and that they came back to resolve the problem.

He contacted us to check if there were any specifics we were concerned about prior to him viewing the car.
He also introduced himself well and gave a very reassuring insight to his background.

The car he checked turned out to have what would have been an expensive issue, but he spoke to the dealer and was able to arrange this to be fixed prior to collection.

The dealer was hugely impressed with Jaz, advising us he is the most knowledgeable mechanic he has met and even asked his advice on other vehicles in his stock!

We booked through click mechanic as we were buying out of our area and had no local recommendations. We could not be happier with that choice and that Jaz has picked up the job.

Genuinely disappointed we do not live in his usual work radius!”
