“seemed ok as managed to swap the job around was friday, then saturday was better in the end. only worrying thing for me was they mentioned front brake parts may need replacing. i mentioned they were done not long ago. so he quickly rechecked with his torch. the service didnt take long, prompt at 9am and returned an hr and a half later.”

“I needed a quick diagnosis and repair as my car had failed it MOT with a high street market leading chain.
They did not have the time to investigate so I needed click mechanics help. This was my first experience with them. My mechanic, Johnnie was excellent. Punctual, helpful and and so polite. He explained what he'd found showed me a video of the issue arranged a new part a quote a new date to fit only 2 days later. Showed me the new part too before fitting. I am now able to do a retest within the time frame. I cannot thank Johnnie enough for his efforts. It can be daunting dealing with mechanics but I felt totally looked after and confident that my issue would be resolved. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for click mechanic and Johnnie himself.”
