Lee fitted a new temperature sender supplied by me which resolved a problem he had been unable to fix on a previous visit. He seemed genuinely pleased with the result as was I and yet I still was charged £48 over and and above the original quote. A reduced charge would have been an appropriate goodwill gesture.”

“Turned up at around 8.30am which was great as I'd booked a 8-10 slot . Took car away for service, although I'd requested the service at home as I needed to be sure I could get to work on time.
Not an issue as the car was returned in time. All ok, the only unexplained thing is that the car was returned with the service indicator reset at 12,500 and after my journey to work 26 miles away , the service indicator had dropped to 12,400. No real explanation as to why”
