Very very good. They picked the car up from my home address at 3pm and returned it back at 6.30pm with MOT and full service done. Have driven car since and everything’s fine. First time with this garage and would use them again based on this experience.

Akmal picked up the car on time - was very polite when talking to my wife. We left him specific instructions when returning the car as we were goign to be out and they were followed to the letter. He called my mobile and left a message with an update. He called again and managed to speak to me and as a gesture had topped my Add Blue - really unexpected and appreciated.

Aye ,Kalvin was good about what a was doing,but unfortunately the spare that I need is a bit hard to get a hold of. He knew his job ok.

We had an oil service booked in and unfortunately we had some warning lights come up on the dash the night before and the car went into limp mode. Jameel was incredibly helpful and professional. Good communication throughout. The car was collected and dropped off when I was told it would be. Additional work required was clearly communicated and quotes were received promptly. Overall a fantastic experience, everyone was very friendly and transparent and we now have a working car again. 10/10 would recommend and we will use again.

Earl was really friendly, approachable and professional. He made the whole experience really easy and explained the options to us. His communication throughout was great, and he responded quickly, came out and diagnosed the issue and was back the next morning to do the fix we had agreed. I would definitely recommend Earl and contact him for future mechanic needs.

The Mechanic was very friendly and seemed to do a very thorough check of my car. He identified the issue but as it was ECU I will need to get an electrician Mechanic to look at it.

Arrived as planned to collect my car. Very polite and listened to what I had to say. Alistair phoned me to discuss the worked needed before commencing and kept me updated until my car was returned. So happy I have found a good and honest mechanic and will definitely use again.
