“As far as I can tell, the work is absolutely fine. The car is running well but it was before its service and MOT. Mac who came to collect my car and bring it back was lovely, and I imagine a splendid mechanic, but I don't know if he was the one who carried out the work. I have given a rating of 5 for quality but I might change my mind if the car breaks down in the next few weeks! I like the idea that my car was collected and returned to me but it does worry me a little that, by using that option, you don't get a 'feel' for the garage as a whole and I think that is very important. Anyway, providing the car continues running well, I would use Ashton's again but I would pop in and have a look first just to put my mind at rest.”
