“Jamie was great. Let me know when he was going to get here and was straight to work trying to figure out what was wrong with my car window (it wouldn't go up) and he knew what it was pretty much straight away. In the end he managed to secure my window shut and advised me of the part I needed to fix it, and he even offered to come back and fit it if I could get one (my cars parts are difficult to source so he couldn't get hold of it, but I wasn't surprised) and he left me his card. I will probably try to source the part myself and give him a ring as he was very polite and professional and got the job done.”
