“I loved the way he was happy to have me watch his methodology to solve the issue with the dpf. Unfortunately it revealed another issue on the diagnostic laptop . The issue was the pump on the blue drive and he advised us not to drive the van until the please replaced. So we cannot really judge if the process was successful as we haven't driven the vehicle. We await Jo's response to costing the next phase of the repair and a resolution to our problems. I can only give positive feedback so far.”
