“Correy was booked to do an interim service and MOT. He arrived earlier than the specified time but telephoned me to say he would be with me in 5 minutes. Correy telephoned me a short time later to say that unfortunately my car had failed its MOT and advised me that I needed two new headlights and also a couple of advisory notes. My car is 18 years old. I asked Correy if he would be able to carry out the work needed to be done regarding the headlights and to MOT it again. He would be able to do it the following day and immediately informed ClickMechanic so they were able to give me a quote. Correy telephoned me again the next day after all works on my car had been completed to say he would be with me within 10 minutes.”
