“Russel contacted me to collect my car very prompt service. He did explain it was a big job and made more difficult with the Covid 19 crisis, I am in lockdown as are many suppliers. Russell communicated with me throughout and has taken on a job in very difficult circumstances. I understand that supplies are extremely hard to come by at this time and Russell has without question given the best service I could have asked for at this time even offering to supply alternative transport during repair.
