“I don't normally leave reviews, this is probably my second in 42 years!!

Rightly or wrongly, I am normally very sceptical about garages and also the review process, especially where no-one has anything negative to say, but in this case it is warranted.

They completed a wet belt change, a fairly complicated piece of work and I can't fault them. When the situation changed and more warning lights appeared, they used a pick up truck rather than risk driving it to the garage. When it turn out it was going to take slightly longer than I hoped, they gave me a courtesy car. When I asked for a photo of the strainer to understand the level of blockage, they sent a dozen pictures of the entire strip.

No attempt to add on extras or charge more than I had agreed. Great comms, polite and professional. They are now my garage of choice.”
