“Raul was fantastic. If there were 6 stars for punctuality, I'd have given them - he actually did the inspection the day before I booked it. Story: he had a break in his day, so called me to ask if he could visit the car now. One call to the garage, and it was arranged - literally only 2 or 3 hours after I booked it. Raul's follow-up was thorough, and I got a detailed run down on the cars minuses but also on its good points - many mechanics provide only the issues that are wrong, leaving out the positives and thus leave the wrong impression about what is otherwise could be a decent motor - they can learn from him for sure. Raul told me exactly what to go back and request from the dealer in respect of repairs/fixes - he was nothing but help.”
