“Charlie is a good mechanic and kept us informed every step of the way. But unfortunately he was let down by the people providing the parts. He was given the wrong parts and he then had to chase round trying to find replacements. Despite arriving at ours for 1.15pm he was unable to start fixing the brakes until 4pm and then he could only get the parts for the front and not the back - so only half the job has been done. It’s the first time using Click Mechanic and I wasn’t filled with confidence!”
