“I am a stickler for puntuality, communication and courteous behavior. Darren ticked all the boxes and was excellent all round.
He called to confirm the job and ask about additional parts needed that the website did not allow me to request. Very punctual arriving a few minutes before the agreed time. Carried out the work efficiently and tidily, showing me all stages as he went, as well as a recommendation for some additional work without pressuring/scaremongering.
