“This mechanic was amazing. He's saved me from having to pay out loads more money on a van that the seller told me was 'fine'. I'm very happy with the way he conducted himself, he was knowledgeable, punctual, made sure I was kept in the loop of what he was doing and why, he was friendly and approachable and I felt like he had my back when the seller tried to tell me why things were the way they were and that they were easy fixes.
