“He was OK but your system has a lot to be desired. I booked a priority slot on the 6th June and got one for the 7th but he couldn't attend on the 7th so was given another slot for the 8th. The parts where not available on the 8th and had to be ordered for the 9th despite there was no mention of parts unavailable on the 7th. Came on the 9th to discover another part was required so it was finished on the 10th. So from wanting a priority slot I gad 5 days without my car ,my wife had to taxi to and from work. If one mechanic can't do a job for reasons beyond his control then your system should be able to send someone who can. I will not use you again.”
