“I needed a priority inspection carried out prior to making the 1.5 hour journey to collect/purchase a vehicle from a private seller, so relied on the communication and feedback from my mechanic, Kami. He accepted the job and attended that afternoon (arriving promptly), which in itself is excellent service. Within a couple of hours of completing the inspection, Kami called me with his findings and gave me the reassurance to buy the vehicle, whilst pointing out one particular issue that will require attention. This enabled me to negotiate the price with the seller, to reflect the cost of repair.
