“derek arrived punctually and in no time was able to use the diagnosis tools to determine no ongoing fault , indicated on the engine management system warning lights. Reset warning lights and engine management lights on permanently did not reoccur. Advised what the fault was that had been indicated should something happen again on a journey . Did not try to sell me anything that wasn’t necessary to do which I appreciated the honesty given to the job .”
