“Ionut was very helpful and diagnosed the fault with my car. I had booked a coolant system pressure test as I suspected I had a leak somewhere. After conducting the test Ionut spent some time investigating to help find the source of the leak. He succeeded and explained where the leak was. As the car had just had a major service with Halfords it was taken back to them to repair but Ionuts knowledge allowed me to confidently push back to Halfords for the repair.”
