“John was a great guy, friendly, helpful and did not mind explaining anything. He worked flat out, never stopping - just needed to be kept supplied with coffee. He encountered one problem in trying to remove the water pump where there simply was no space to get it out, but he did not give up and his 25 years experience showed through and he was able to find a way to do it.
I was very impressed with his skill and knowledge and would most certainly use him again.

“I was initially dubious having the job accepted by a mechanic that was based about 30 miles away (purely as I needed a quick turnaround on the car). Kalim was extremely approachable and professional and was accommodating to needing the car back for the weekend. He sent pictures and videos through of work being done and of other areas that could do with work (but with no pressure as to what I did or didn't get done). The car was collected and returned fixed within 48 hours and drives really well after the work was done. He communicated throughout the experience and I would happily return / recommend.”
