“I assume the new brake Pads were fitted (but obviously don't know) braking seems the same as before. Something, I'm not too happy about. The Mechanic rang me up about 15 minutes and asked me if I knew my Clutch needed changing, the Car drives fine and shows no signs of slippage or difficulty in changing gear. I don't know if this is true, but it reminds me of Kwikfit policy e.g. Generating additional unnecessary work.”

“Ionut was fantastic today, punctual, friendly, and really took the time to inspect the car and explain what was needed and why following on from my initial ask to change the cambelt (10 years old). He also kindly went out to source all of the parts needed, checked the parts with me and made sure I was happy with everything and showed me the cost. The weather wasn't great also, and he still fitted everything for me. I will definitely use Ionut's services again in the future, thank you!”
