“Raul was very helpful. He carried out the inspection very quickly (the same day as I booked it). He provided me with a clear and concise report, and was happy to speak on the phone to go through my follow-up questions. I was slightly nervous about buying the car, as it was at a dealer which is not local to me, and is for my daughter, who is also living away from home. Raul reassured me that the car is fundamentally OK. I managed to get the garage to put right all the issues he raised, and this in itself saved me in costs rather more than Raul's charge.
