“Aqhil was friendly and communicated well. They picked up the car in the morning around 1030 and I was aware this job would take a couple of hours. I called Akhil around 1700 to enquire the status and was informed the car was still on the ramp and will be done in the evening. I called Akhil around 2130 and at this point he was apologetic and informed me that they were very busy but they would be completing the works in 45 minutes. I called Akhil around 2300 and at this point they were outside my house.

I don’t dispute the workmanship or the value for money they are providing for such a big job. The only thing I believe would be an improvement is their communication, apart from that I would definitely use these guys again through this portal.”
