After sending his report promptly by email (including photos), Rob telephoned me the evening of the inspection and spent over half an hour discussing the car. Rob was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and shared his insights on the particular car model which reassured me in proceeding with the purchase.

However he went through the extensive list of issues and advised me that it would be a little project to bring it back to its full glory. After careful consideration of his report, I was able to make the the vendor and offer in which was beneficial for both parties.
