“Mohammed kept me up to date by text about when he would be arriving. He turned up early, was polite, friendly, tidy and efficient. He also didn't patronise me as some mechanics do. He explained what he was doing, showed me what had gone wrong with the old part, fixed the new part and made sure everything was working properly before he left.
